A) Refer new patients to my office and receive 10% off the price of a complete pair of glasses or contact lenses for each referral. Three referrals would give you a 30% discount, five would be 50%.........ten would be 100%. The maximum discount allowed is $175.
B) Patients with insurance can apply the discount towards their deductibles and extras. Other discounts may also be used at the same time such as 20% for a second pair of glasses within six months and 15% for glasses purchased in conjunction with contact lenses. C) The discount period is two years maximum for each referral. Each discount period begins at the time of the referred patient's examination. |
Prescription Polarized Sunglasses
Special packages are available using Rio Ray Sun Wear Frames at very affordable prices on a wide variety of sunglass and sports frames. Progressive lenses and the enhanced polarizing Xperio reflection free application can be added at a reasonable cost.
Affordable Eyewear
We offer a very affordable package of complete eyewear in single vision and bifocal lens correction. A limited, but functional selection of frames is available with this package deal. This is a great deal for a second pair of glasses, such as those for reading/computer activities or single vision for sports. Please call our office for prices.

Complete 1-year Contact Lens Order
We offer a 10% discount on a complete 1-year order of contact lenses. Plus at this time, a few of the major Contact Lens Companies are offering rebates with respect to an order of a full year's supply of disposable or planned replacement contacts. The rebate coupons are available at my office.
Medicaid Frame Benefit Allowance
Patients having a "Plan Medicaid" insurance, such as Meridian Health, Blue Cross Complete, and McLaren Health, are eligible for this benefit. What this means to you? You have 2 options for your insurance:
Using the Frame Benefit gives the patient a wide variety of choices and many styles. We have several frames to choose from that range in out of pocket expense of $65 and up.
**Please note that using this benefit requires half down payment before order is placed, with balance due at time of frame dispensing.
- The exam and basic lens are covered at 100%. Staying within the Medicaid covered program with their frame choices and no extra add-on options, will get a complete pair of glasses with no out of pocket expense.
- Using the Frame Benefit allows the patient to choose any frame in our inventory. Medicaid pays for the exam, basic lens, and $31.90 toward the frame of your choice. We give you an additional 10% discount of the cost above the frame benefit.
